Q. Will I get a login area to manage my domain(s)?

A. No. All anonymous domains are held in trust accounts and are managed by our company. In order to make dns changes, or administer your domain, all you have to do is send us an email with your request that includes your account # and password and the URL you wish to modify and we will take care of changes quickly.

Q. Can I change the data that appears in the whois record?

A. No. our company data must show in the whois record and this is to protect us in case there is a problem with the domain or in cases of illegal activity or spamming by a client. We need to ensure the integrity of our network by being able to receive notices or abuse emails.

Q. Can you transfer my existing domain?

A. Yes. We can transfer any .com .net .org .us .info and .biz domain extensions. All other domain extensions can be assumed if you turn over the login records for your existing account to us.

Q. How does the process work?

A. Once a transfer is ordered and paid for, we will initiate the process from our side. The process takes approximately 7 days and you will need to have access to the email listed in the whois administrative record for your domain. Once you receive a transfer request, you will need to forward us the email you receive.

• Domains must be over 60 days old in order to initiate a transfer.
• Domains must not be in "LOCK" status.

Q. What is the fee for transfer?

A. The fee is the same as a registration which is $19.95 per year. Billing is done from the date of your initial payment and recurs annually despite the actual domain expiration date.

Q. What is the fee for assumed domains?

A. $19.95 per year, plus the fees that become due at your current registrar.

Q. What if my domain is not 60 days old?

A. You will have to wait till the 61st day in order to initiate a transfer. This is a function of most registrars and has nothing to do with our network.

Q. Can I host an anonymous domain on my current providers service, or do I have to use yours?

A. You may point your domain to any provider you choose to host with.

Q. Do you offer DNS Services?

A. Yes we do, but this is actually a small hosting account and there are additional fees for this service.

Q. How soon will my domain be active across the Internet?

A. 24 hours or less.

Q. Where are offshore domains registered?

A. Offshore domains are currently registered in Malaysia and held in pooled domain trust accounts resident in Singapore. (We reserve the right to change locations at any time for any reason, but guarantee that the trust accounts will always remain in a favorable offshore jurisdiction.)
