Q. Will I get a login area to manage my domain(s)?

A. No. All anonymous domains are held in trust accounts and are managed by our company. In order to make dns changes, or administer your domain, all you have to do is send us an email with your request that includes your account # and password and the URL you wish to modify and dns attendant with personally take care of changes quickly. If you have many domains and require rapid changes frequently, please send your domain attendant a special request for dns control.

Q. Can I change the data that appears in the whois record?

A. No. our company data must show in the whois record and this is to protect us in case there is a problem with the domain or in cases of illegal activity or spamming by a client. We need to ensure the integrity of our network by being able to receive notices or abuse emails.

Q. Can you transfer my existing domain?

A. Yes. We can transfer domains to the trust. Your domain must be over 60 days old before the transfer will complete. WE can transfer the following domain name:

Q. How does the process work?

A. Once a transfer is ordered and paid for, we will initiate the process from our side. The process takes approximately 7 days and you will need to have access to the email listed in the whois administrative record for your domain. Once you receive a transfer request, you will need to forward us the email you receive.

• Domains must not be in "LOCK" status.

Q. What is the fee for transfer?

A. The fee is the same as a registration which is $29.95 per year or more depending on the domain you wish to transfer. Billing is done from the date of your initial payment and recurs annually despite the actual domain expiration date.

Q. What is the fee for assumed domains?

A. $29.95 per year, plus any fees that become due at your current registrar.

Q. What if my domain is not 60 days old?

A. You will have to wait till the 61st day in order to initiate a transfer. This is a function of most registrars and has nothing to do with our network.

Q. Can I host an anonymous domain on my current providers service, or do I have to use yours?

A. You may point your domain to any provider you choose to host with.

Q. Do you offer DNS Services?

A. Yes we do. DNS service is free with any domain purchase.

Q. How soon will my domain be active across the Internet?

A. 24 hours or less.

Q. Where are offshore domains registered?

A. Offshore domains are currently registered in Malaysia and held in pooled domain trust accounts resident in Singapore and or Malaysia. (We reserve the right to change locations at any time for any reason, but guarantee that the trust accounts will always remain in a favorable offshore jurisdiction.)

Q. What are your domain renewal policies:

A. What about Domain Name Expiration Policies? Domain Names must be renewed prior to the expiration date. Failure to renew your domain name prior to the expiration date, you will have a 7 day grace period, where normal renewal is possible with no added costs. After the 7 day grace period, your domain name will enter a Redemption grace period. Where the cost for redemption is: $99.00usd plus your normal renewal fee.
