  NEW CLIENT INFORMATION

 Hours of Operation
Main Store: Monday thru Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mountain Standard Time) although your appointed service representative may work varying hours and days, but are usually on call 24/7.

 Placing a New Order/Status of your order
To place a new order or to find out the status of your existing order, please contact our Customer Service Department at 520-304-6783 or login at the bottom of this page. To help make things go smoother and to avoid any problems, we ask that you include written instructions when sending us a new order.

 Turnaround Time
Our average turnaround time is within 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS from the time we receive ALL materials. Depending on the complexity of your job and our workload, jobs can take anywhere from "while you wait" to 14 days. Any deliveries arriving after 12:00 pm are considered deliveries for the following business day. Special arrangements (with surcharges) may be made for faster turnaround times.

 Data Information
We strongly recommend that you send your data (disks or tapes) to us as soon as possible so that we will have time to react if we run into any problems. If you wish to send us your information via Email, our address is [email protected].
We can work with almost any file format, but we recommend checking with us prior to your order. We prefer email/ftp, cd or zip disk for digital media.

 Extras
Once your job is done, we normally send all the extra materials back to you via FedEX Ground or delivery driver for local customers. Please let us know If you have any special requests regarding how you want us to handle your extra materials.

 Payment & Billing Policy
Our payment policy is 2/10 Net Payment Upon Receipt of our invoice with an established account. All new customers are pre-pay (90 days). If you have any questions regarding your invoice, postage or production deposit, please call our customer service line at 520-304-6783.
