Our online ordering system allows customers who purchase printing, ad specialties and/or mailing services regularly to log in to our website and order their items with just a click of the mouse. Our system also allows data merging for business card orders and variable data marketing. You can order business cards for all of your employees from a template and just type in their name and click send. This hassle free and secure system will save you a lot of time and money.

At the bottom of every page of our website, you will see the following:

Once you have been issued a user name and password you may log in anytime. You will automatically be transported to your custom ordering site.

Order History
As an added service, your order history, pricing and invoicing will be available online inside your secured area.

Proofing
Once you have placed an order from your online ordering site, your variable data will be merged over your product and a proof will be provided immediately for sign off or to make adjustments. This process is all automated by our backend technologies.

Reverse Auction
As an added service, we can consolidate your outsourcing by developing and managing your reverse auction systems and gang run orders to reduce overall costs.

Customization
We tailor every online ordering site to meet the needs of your business. We will meet with you over the phone or in person and design a site that help you to streamline and consolidate your outsourcing.

Data Information Security
Your online ordering site is protected with a username and password and is also set up on a secure server using 128 bit encryption to ensure a high level of security for your ordering history and payment status. We also use an account control number so people within your company cannot order without having approved ordering status. You may pay by credit card through paypal. We will send you an online payment link via email for each order, or you may provide us with a visa/mc# and we can keep it on file for recurring orders.

You must have an account established to use our online ordering system. After your first order, we will establish your account, payment policy and activate your username and password.
